Joshua C. Dym - Owner and Broker
Joshua Dym has been actively engaged in the real estate industry since the year 2005 and successfully obtained his broker’s license in 2009. Throughout his career, Joshua has developed an extensive and comprehensive knowledge of the real estate field, which encompasses various aspects including investments, development, entitlement work, brokerage, and he also excels in fulfilling an advisory role for his clients. Notably, his family has had a longstanding involvement in the San Antonio real estate market since the early 1980s, and he has two siblings who are currently working in the real estate industry based in Dallas. Joshua completed his education at the University of Arizona in 2002, earning a bachelor’s degree in communications along with a minor in political science. Additionally, he is a proud graduate of several leadership programs, including the prestigious downtown Rotary Club U40 leadership class, the Real Estate Council of San Antonio’s U40 leadership program, and the San Antonio North Chamber of Commerce leadership lab program. Recently, he has also been selected to participate in Leadership San Antonio scheduled for 2025. In his leisure time, Joshua is actively involved in the mentoring program organized by Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Texas and has been serving as a Big Brother within the program since 2013. Furthermore, he contributes his time as a volunteer member of the Resource Development Board at Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Texas, demonstrating his commitment to community service.
